At your first consultation, we’ll discuss your health concerns. I’ll ask you questions about any conventional medical care you’ve had, your nutrition, exercise levels, relationships, mind-body connection, mindfulness and career development.
If you decide to go ahead, we can partner to build a picture of what you want to achieve and design a realistic action plan that’s right for you – one you can stick to. I don’t offer false promises. But I do offer proven tools, strategies and support to help you get there.
Then I’ll work with you. Step-by-step. We’ll spend time together. Listening. And working things out.
We’ll identify any potential barriers to change and work together to check that you’re moving forward in the direction that feels right for you. We’ll work through what’s important so you can gain the confidence to make healthy behavioral changes that feel right for you.
What does the program look like?
You can choose a single ‘micro’ session or a full 7-session integrative New Client Coaching Program. For most clients, it takes three to four months of regular meetings to build your plan, set some goals and achieve sustainable results.
We can meet in person at my Manhattan office, or you can have face-to-face coaching via Skype or FaceTime. Our first session may take up to 60 minutes, and the remaining six are around 45 minutes each. We’ll typically schedule these follow-up sessions every two weeks.
We’ll set up a free 20-minute phone call to talk about your health coaching needs – there’s no charge for this
If you decide to go ahead, I’ll send you a Welcome Packet. It includes all the information you need about the program
Alongside your sessions, you’ll have progress update worksheets to complete for the next session
Once you feel happy about the progress you’ve made towards your goals, you might decide to complete the coaching relationship. Or you might feel ready to set up a new agreement to work on additional goals
